Coconut brownies
Ingredients 100 grs butter 250 grs glazed sugar 3 eggs 125 grs flour 55 grs coconut milk powder 1 tspn yeast 3 tspn powder milk 30 grs cocoa power 25 grs dry coconut
Preparation
- Preheat the oven 180c butter the pan with oil or melted butter
- Cover the pan with wax paper
- Mix the butter and sugar until obtaining a creamy light substance, beat the eggs one by one, then add a table spoon of flour to avoid lumps, add 1 tp coconut of milk and the rest sifted flour with the yeast, pour the rest the milk unto the batter.
- 3. Divide the batter in two bowls, mix the cocoa power and unto one half of the batter and mix carefully, and add the dry coconut in the other half.
- Alternated the white mix with the dark batter to obtain marble brownies
- Baked for 35 minutes, once the brownies are done, cut into small pieces
