Ingredients
10 clementines
1 lemon (juice only)
200 gr sugar
2 eggs + 2 yolks
½ lt milk cream
Preparation
- Squeeze the clementines and strain the juice. Cook in a double sauce pan with the sugar and eggs. Using an electric beater mix until it forms a smooth texture.
- Let it cool and add the milk cream, mix well and refrigerate.
- Using this same formula you can make tangerine ice cream.
