Classic chocolate brownies

Ingredients
200 gr bitter chocolate
200 gr butter
250 gr packed sugar
1 tspn vanilla
ΒΌ of a cup cocoa powder
1 1/3 cup of flour

Preparation

  1. Pre heat the oven 180c butter the pan with oil or butter 20x30 cm
  2. cook chocolate , butter and a double souse pan  and stir every now and them
  3. Beat eggs and sugar and vanilla with a metal spatula until all ingredients are well mixed, add chocolate and flour and the cocoa powder pre sifted and mix well.
  4. Pour the batter and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. let it cool down  in the pan  , put in the  refrigerator  for around 2 hours until is  the brownies are totally cold and  harden, cut in small pieces , and decorated  with  chocolate  cream.
