Classic chocolate brownies
Ingredients 200 gr bitter chocolate 200 gr butter 250 gr packed sugar 1 tspn vanilla ¼ of a cup cocoa powder 1 1/3 cup of flour
Preparation
- Pre heat the oven 180c butter the pan with oil or butter 20x30 cm
- cook chocolate , butter and a double souse pan and stir every now and them
- Beat eggs and sugar and vanilla with a metal spatula until all ingredients are well mixed, add chocolate and flour and the cocoa powder pre sifted and mix well.
- Pour the batter and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. let it cool down in the pan , put in the refrigerator for around 2 hours until is the brownies are totally cold and harden, cut in small pieces , and decorated with chocolate cream.
