Easy Cinnamon Buns Recipe

Ingredients for buns
250 grams of cream cheese
250 grams of butter, salt-less
1 cup of flour
¼ of a cup sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Sifted glazed sugar

Easy Preparation of recipe

  1. Cut in pieces the cream cheese and butter and leave them in the room temperature for 10 minutes quickly sift together the flour with the sugar and cinnamon. Whip together the cream cheese, butter and add the flour mixture; take the dough out of the bowl and place it on a floured table, and roll on it; wrap up in plastic and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  2. Extend the dough with roller, leaving it 3 millimeters thick, cut the dough in strips of 20 x 1 cm. Make small bows with each one and leave them on butter paper. Cover and set aside for 15 minutes; bake for 5 minutes and then lower the flame to 150°C and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the dough sponges and turns brown. Pass the bows onto a grid for them to cool of. Keep the buns in a hermetic recipient right before serving with the glazed sugar.
