Cider Sherbet
Ingredients ½ bottle sweet cider 300 gr sugar 1 egg yolk 50 gr glazed sugar 1 tbspn lemon juice
Preparation
- Dissolve the sugar in 250 ml of water and boil at low fire for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool and add the lemon juice. Refrigerate.
- Beat the egg yolk stiff adding the glazed sugar.
- When the sherbet begins to harden mix in the cider and egg yolk and refrigerate again.
