Cider Sherbet

Ingredients
½ bottle sweet cider
300 gr sugar
1 egg yolk
50 gr glazed sugar
1 tbspn lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the sugar in 250 ml of water and boil at low fire for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool and add the lemon juice. Refrigerate.
  2. Beat the egg yolk stiff adding the glazed sugar.
  3. When the sherbet begins to harden mix in the cider and egg yolk and refrigerate again.
