Ingredients
150 grs flour
75 grs
1 teaspoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
¼ of cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Filling
150 grs butter
50 grs sugar
3 eggs yolks
100 grs chopped nuts, dates, prunes figs
60 grs sweet toasted bread
1 small glass of liquor
3 egg whites
Preparation
- In a big bowl mix flour, melted butter, baking powder, cinnamon, egg and sugar mix all the ingredients until obtaining smooth dough, butter the pan, and cover the pan with dough.
- Beat butter, sugar little by little add egg yolks, dry chopped dry fruit and sweet toasted bread ,gradually add the liquor and previous beaten egg whites, add the cream to the pie crust and cook for 30 minutes.
