Ingredients
300 grs glazed sugar
125 grs milk
30 grs butter
2 tspn cocoa powder
1 tspn vanilla
60 grs chopped nuts
Preparation
- butter the pan with oil or butter , cover the pan with max paper
- in a small pot melt the butter, sugar , milk and cocoa powder , until obtaining a smooth substance , boil for 8 minutes in low fire let it cool down for 3 minutes add vanilla and beat with an electric mixer until the mix can be spread .
- pour the mix in the pan and let it solidified add the nuts while the mix is still soft
- Cut the sweets in small pieces decorated with chocolate.
