Chocolate Soufflé
Ingredients 100 grams of bitter chocolate bar 3 tablespoons of milk 3 tablespoons of sugar 3 eggs 1 tablespoon of glazing sugar For the baking tray: butter and sugar
- Preparation time: 15 to 20 minutes
- Baking time: 20 to 25 minutes
Preparation
- Chop the chocolate tablet and melt it by double boiling it.
- Once the chocolate has melted, remove the recipient from the heat and mix in the milk with two tablespoons of sugar. Beat the mixture until you obtain a creamy consistency.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Crack the eggs. Beat the egg whites with the rest of the sugar.
- Add the egg yolks into the chocolate and mix well. Then fold in the beaten egg whites very carefully.
- Butter a baking pan and sprinkle some sugar over it. Fill the baking tray with the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle the white sugar over it.
- Place the baking tray on the lower part of the oven. Allow it to bake for 20 to 25 minutes. The soufflé should be eaten immediately after it is taken out of the oven without allowing it to cool so that it does not lose its spongy consistency.
- Garnish with whipped cream.
