Chocolate Mousse Ice Cream

 

Ingredients
250 gr dark chocolate
500 gr chocolate
1 tbspn instant coffee
2 tbspn sugar
4 eggs
Chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double sauce pan with 2 tablespoons of water. While hot put in a mold covering all the walls with a thin layer.
  2. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Melt the chocolate with the sugar add the yolks one by one, the coffee and beat the egg whites until stiff and add as well mixing smoothly. Place the preparation in the mold and smoothen out the surface with a spatula and refrigerate.
  3. Unmold in a tray and decorate with the chocolate chips.
