Chocolate Mousse Biscuit
- For: 4 servings
- Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: Biscuit 2 eggs 60 grs flour 10 grs melted butter 60 grs sugar
Mousse 200 grs chocolate bar 4 egg whites 25 grs sugar 250 ml skimmed milk with 50 grs sugar
Preparation:
- Beat the egg whites to the point of meringue, adding 25 grs of sugar.
- Melt chocolate in a double sauce pan.
- Once it is melted, remove from fire and when it’s warm mix it with the meringue and the skimmed milk.
- Place the mix into a mold and put in the fridge for 2 hours.
- The mold can be wrapped with biscuits and filled in he center with the mousse.
- Decorate as you wish.
