Chocolate mint sweets

Ingredients
500 grs glazed sugar
155 ml milk cream
150 grs butter
225 grs chocolate mint chips
1 tspn liquid sugar
2 mint bars
80 grs white chocolate

Preparation

  1. cover the pan 20 cm with aluminum foil , butter pan with butter or oil 
  2. Cook in low flame, sugar milk cream, butter and chocolate, stir until obtaining a smooth substance let it boil for 5 minutes.
  3. remove from the fire  and with a wooden spoon beat the mix until it’s a bit cool , add the chopped mint bars  , and pour on  the pan
  4. cook white chocolate in a double sauce pan  stir with a spatula  until obtaining a creamy substance 
  5. mix the white chocolate  using a spoon  unto the mint chocolate  lightly  to obtain a  multicolor look
