Chocolate Liqueurs
There are two types of cacao liqueurs; one liqueur is obtained from distilled cacao grains. One is colorless and light; the other is dark and slightly sweeter. Although both can be drunken on their own, they taste better in a cocktail drink.
Brandy Alexander: Mix equal parts of brandy, cacao liqueur, and cream in a cocktail mixer with some ice bits, then pour the mixture in a cup and serve.
Grasshopper: This is the perfect drink for people that are into and really like mint liqueur with chocolate. Mix equal parts of mint liqueur, cacao liqueur and cream, then pour it into a cup with four or five cubes of ice and serve it.
Pushkin: Mix equal parts of gin, vodka, and cacao liqueur in a cocktail mixer, add in crushed ice and serve.
