Chocolate Leaves

Chocolate Leaves

Ingredients
8 cider leaves
125 grams of chocolate

Preparation

  1. Wash and carefully dry the leaves. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Use a medium sized paintbrush to spread out and paint the inferior part of each leaf; leaving the edges free otherwise you will not be able to get the chocolate off of them.
  2. Put the leaves in a tray and keep them in the refrigerator until the chocolate solidifies. When they are ready to be served, separate the chocolate from the leaves and throw the leaves away.
