Chocolate Ice Cream with Rum

Ingredients 170gr chopped chocolate 3 eggs 1tbsp rum 1 cup cream milk
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a container placed over a casserole pot of boiling water.
- Once melted, add the beat egg yolk and rum.
- Beat the egg whites till stiff and add them to the chocolate.
- Distribute in glass cups and put to freeze in a freezer.
- Serve decorated with skimmed milk.
Practical advice The cream milk is added once the chocolate is warm to avoid it from curdling.
