Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients ¾ lt milk 7 egg yolks 200 gr chocolate 150 gr sugar
Preparation
- Beat the egg yolks in one cup of milk
- Melt the chocolate in a double sauce pan.
- Boil the rest of the milk with the sugar and melted chocolate. Add this mix to the yolks mixing continuously.
- Put on low fire until it hardens without it boiling.
- Let it cool and refrigerate.
Alternative Ingredients ½ lt milk 2 eggs 100 gr sugar 15 gr cornstarch 2 tablespoons of milk cream 100 gr bitter cacao
Preparation
- Dissolve the cornstarch in some milk.
- Boil the rest of the milk adding the chocolate and let it melt.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the cornstarch mix and finish off with adding the chocolate milk.
- Put on low flame until it thickens without it boiling.
- Let it cool, add the milk cream and refrigerate.
