Chocolate Ice Cream

 

Ingredients
¾ lt milk
7 egg yolks
200 gr chocolate
150 gr sugar

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg yolks in one cup of milk
  2. Melt the chocolate in a double sauce pan.
  3. Boil the rest of the milk with the sugar and melted chocolate. Add this mix to the yolks mixing continuously.
  4. Put on low fire until it hardens without it boiling.
  5. Let it cool and refrigerate.

Alternative
Ingredients
½ lt milk
2 eggs
100 gr sugar
15 gr cornstarch
2 tablespoons of milk cream
100 gr bitter cacao

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the cornstarch in some milk.
  2. Boil the rest of the milk adding the chocolate and let it melt.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar and add the cornstarch mix and finish off with adding the chocolate milk.
  4. Put on low flame until it thickens without it boiling.
  5. Let it cool, add the milk cream and refrigerate.
