Chocolate Cups Dessert with Peach Cream Recipe
Ingredients 440 grams of melted milk chocolate
Peach Cream Recipe 1½ cups of thick cream 2 tablespoons of glazed sifted sugar 2 mashed mangoes ¼ cup of passion fruit, the pulp of it (or apple)
Peach Juice Dessert 3 mashed peaches 1/3 cup of pulped passion fruit
Preparation
- Chocolate Cups: Cut 6 squares of aluminum paper (15x15 cm). Place small Jell-O molds upside down on a tray, and cover them with the paper squares plastering the paper around it. Pour melted chocolate on top of it, letting it trickle down the crease. Use the spatula or a knife to spread the chocolate if it doesn’t spread on its own. Let it rest until it curdles completely and withdraw the paper very carefully.
- Peach Cream: Whip the thick cream in a bowl until it form peaks. Mix the sugar and fruit pulp with it.
- Juice: Pass the fruit pulp through a colander. Sweeten to your liking. Distribute the peach juice between small plates, place the chocolate cups on top and half way fill them up with the peach cream. Sprinkle the ground almonds over them.
