Chocolate Cream

Ingredients 225gr chocolate 3 eggs 50gr butter 50gr sugar Sour cherry in syrup
Preparation
- Grate the chocolate, place in a small casserole pot, add sugar and butter, mix well and cook at a low flame stirring continuously
- Separate the egg whites and beat till stiff.
- Beat the 2 egg yolks and add them to the chocolate, mix well and add the egg whites, keep mixing until they are well joined.
- Put the mix in glass cups and place into fridge.
- Serve very cold decorated with sour cherries.
Practical advice The glass cup can be decorated with sliced almonds.
