Ingredients
125 grs butter
200 grs dark chocolate
375 grs glazed sugar
1 tspn vanilla
185 grs flour
40 grs cocoa powder
265 grs chocolate chips
Preparation
- Pre heat the oven at 180C butter the pan 20x30 with oil or butter; cover the pan with wax paper
- cook chocolate and butter in a double sauce pan mix until obtaining a creamy substance , remove from the fire and let it cool down
- Beat the eggs for 2 minutes until obtaining a light spongy substance; gradually add the sugar flour and vanilla.
- mix eggs chocolate batter , and mix well
- Pour batter in the pan, bake for 40 to 45 minutes let it cool down and cut in small pieces.
