Ingredients:
80grs of Corinth Raisins
6cl ½ of cognac
100grs of semi bitter chocolate
180grs of butter
150grs of sugar
4 eggs
90grs of flour
1 ½ tsp of baking powder
60grs o starch
150grs of almonds (chopped up)
40grs of cocoa
2tsp of vanilla
3tbsp of milk
Grated bread
Chocolate covering
Preparation
Marinate the raisins in cognac. Grate the chocolate and combine it together with 150grs of butter and the sugar. Go adding the eggs one by one, and then continue with the baking soda, flour, starch, almonds, cocoa, salt and vanilla. Add the raisins soaked in the cognac and mix well with the chocolate. To finish with add the milk. Pour this mixture into an oven cake pan that first was buttered and sprinkled with the grated bread. Cook in the micro-oven at 190 Celsius degrees for 35-38min. Withdraw the cake from the micro-oven decorate it with the chocolate covering and milk.
