Ingredients
150gr chocolate
125gr butter
100gr sugar
4 eggs
75gr cornstarch
50gr chopped almonds
Preparation
- Dissolve the chocolate with a little water.
- Mix soft butter well with sugar.
- Add the chocolate and eggs stirring one by one.
- Mix the flour, cornstarch and baking soda and add all to the mix.
- Add the chopped almonds and place in a buttered mold, place in a very well preheated oven.
- Lower the flame and leave in the oven for 45 minutes.
- Make sure it’s well cooked and remove from mold to let it cool off.
Practical advice
The oven is very important, it must cook slowly and for a long time; the dough must reach only half the mold.
