Ingredients:
25 gr. of cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
175 gr. of prepared whole-wheat flour
75 gr. of light sugar molasses
110 gr. of butter, chopped in pieces
2 tablespoons of milk mixed with ½ teaspoon of vanilla
110 gr. of chocolate gratings
Preparation
Place the cocoa and the salt in a mixing bowl. Add in the flour and the sugar and mix lightly. Add the butter into the flour with a fork until it forms into rough crumbs. Add in the milk and mix it all with your hands so as to form a firm dough. Very gently and lightly powder the surface you are going to work on with flour and flatten the dough with a roller until it has a thickness of about ½ centimeter. Cut it up in circles of approximately 10 centimeters in diameter and place them in separate baking pans well separate so that they do not touch when they are baking. Uniformly spread the chocolate gratings on the top and put them in the oven at a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes, so that they are done without hardening. Remove them from the oven and let them cool.
