Chocolate brownies
Ingredients 150 grs 200 grs 3 eggs 1 tspn vanilla 125 grs flour
Preparation
- pre heat the oven at 180c butter pan with oil or butter, cover the pan with wax paper
- cook sugar and butter in a double sauce pan stir un until obtaining a creamy substance remove from the fire and let it cool down
- Add to the chocolate mix while beating eggs, vanilla and flour.
- Put the batter in the pan bake for 40 minutes, let it cool down, cut in small pieces.
