The secret of a good brownie is that it always has to have a wet consistency, and in order to achieve this you must be careful to not over cook it. Most Americans will assure you that you cannot use anything other than bakers chocolate, but in this version we will use cocoa powder that gives excellent results.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
225 gr. of sugar
50 gr. of melted butter
½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
½ teaspoon of baking powder
50 gr. of white flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
50 gr. of chopped nuts
A pinch of salt
Preparation
Spread the butter in a square 20-centimeter baking dish. Beat the eggs and the sugar together until it forms a thick creamy mixture. Add in the butter and the vanilla essence and beat it again. Put the flour, cacao, baking powder, salt, and mix it all together along with the nuts. Place everything in the prepared baking dish and put it in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Leave it in the baking dish, once you have pulled it out of the oven for 10 minutes; then cut the brownies in squares and take them out when they are still hot.
