Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients 575 gr chocolate chips 225 gr butter 5 eggs 100 gr brown sugar 200 gr white sugar 1 tspn instant coffee 1 tspn vanilla extract 100 gr flour 50 gr ground nuts Salt Butter for the mold
Preparation Melt 450 gr of chocolate chips in a double sauce pan. When it’s soft add soft butter. Mix until it’s a smooth cream and let it cool.
Whisk the eggs. Add the brown and white sugar, beat energetically.
Mix both batters together until the cream a smooth cream.
Add the flour and once mixed well include the vanilla and salt. Mix well.
Add the chopped nuts. Mix for the last time.
Pour in a baking pan which has been covered with butter thoroughly. Spread 125 gr of the chocolate chips over the brownie surface. Let it bake in the over for 25-30 min. Serve it cut in small pieces.
