Ingredients
1 natural yoghurt (the yoghurt container will be useful for measuring the other ingredients)
3 yoghurt containers of sugar
2 ½ yoghurt containers of flour
½ a yoghurt container of powdered cocoa
½ a yoghurt container of oil
2 eggs
1 tsp of baking soda
Preparation
- Place the yoghurt, oil and sugar in a container, stir well.
- Add an egg, stir and add the second egg.
- Stir again and well.
- Once well stirred add flour, baking soda and cocoa, mix everything well.
- Pour into a round buttered mold.
- Place into the oven for 30 minutes.
Practical advice
Serve with sprinkled glazed sugar, and if you wish add skimmed milk.
