Chocolate biscuits

Ingredients
1 natural yoghurt (the yoghurt container will be useful for measuring the other ingredients)
3 yoghurt containers of sugar
2 ½ yoghurt containers of flour
½ a yoghurt container of powdered cocoa
½ a yoghurt container of oil
2 eggs
1 tsp of baking soda

Preparation

  1. Place the yoghurt, oil and sugar in a container, stir well.
  2. Add an egg, stir and add the second egg.
  3. Stir again and well.
  4. Once well stirred add flour, baking soda and cocoa, mix everything well.
  5. Pour into a round buttered mold.
  6. Place into the oven for 30 minutes.

Practical advice
Serve with sprinkled glazed sugar, and if you wish add skimmed milk.
