Chocolate Bavarois Recipe
Ingredients: 8 egg yolks 250 grs of sugar 1 ½ liters of milk 200 grs of chocolate 2 tbsps of rum 10 grs of jell-o 150 grs of sliced almonds 150 grs of fresh milk cream
Preparation: Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mix becomes spongy, pour the hot milk into the mix and stir every once in a while at a low heat. Remove from fire once it begins to boil. Place the diced chocolate in a pot and a low flame and add the rum and a tbsp of water. Melt the mix until it becomes a cream and once it is removed from the fire add the previous mix slowly stirring continuously. Soak the jell-o in cold water for a few minutes and add to the main mix. Strain all the mix and let it cool off, add the toasted almonds. Finally, add the beat milk cream and pour all into a mold to let it cool for 5 hours in the fridge. Spread the sliced almonds on top.
