Chocolate And Almond Pudding
This is a very delicious and light pudding that is steamed and can be served with whipped cream or chocolate sauce.
Ingredients: 110 gr. of butter 110 gr. of sugar ½ teaspoon of essence of vanilla 110 gr. of pure chocolate for covering cakes 2 eggs beaten 50 gr. of prepared flour 110 gr. of fresh bread crumbs 25 gr. of chopped almonds
Preparation Butter a baking mold for pudding of 1 liter and cover the base with a baking sheet. Break down the butter with the sugar and the vanilla and beat until you obtain a light and spongy cream. Melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly; then add in the made mixture slowly while at the same time mixing it continuously. Gradually go mixing in the eggs and beat it a little each time. Put the flour on top of the mixture and fold it in until it is well mixed in, and then do the same with the bread crumbs and almonds. Place it in the prepared baking mold and cover it with a baking sheet as well as with aluminum foil. Allow it to steam boil for about one hour and a half and then put it over a serving dish.
Serves 4 to 6 people.
