Chicken Tart Recipe
Ingredients 2 teaspoons of oil 1 big onion 1 red bell pepper 100 grs of pumpkin 1 big carrot cut in small pieces ½ cup of pees 1 canned of assorted veggies 2 cups of cooked chicken breast 40 grs of butter 2 teaspoons of flour ¾ cup of milk ¾ of chicken broth Salt and pepper 1 pack of pre made pie dough 1 pre beaten egg
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c butter a small pie pan with butter or oil.
- In a small frying pan fry onion and red pepper add carrot and pumpkin, cook until veggies are tender add the canned veggies chicken mix all the ingredient well.
- In small pan melt butter gradually add flour, milk and chicken broth creating a white sauce.
- Remove from the fire add the veggie mix to the white sauce.
- Spread dough over the butter pan; pour veggie mix on the pie dough spread stuffing equality, cover the pie with let over dough, with cooking bush paint the top part of pie with beaten egg.
- Bake pie for 40 minutes; let the pie cool down before serving.
