Chicken Tart Recipe

 

Ingredients
2 teaspoons of oil
1 big onion
1 red bell pepper
100 grs of pumpkin
1 big carrot cut in small pieces
½ cup of pees
1 canned of assorted veggies
2 cups of cooked chicken breast
40 grs of butter
2 teaspoons of flour
¾ cup of milk
¾ of chicken broth
Salt and pepper
1 pack of pre made pie dough
1 pre beaten egg

Preparation

  1. Pre heat oven at 180c butter a small pie pan with butter or oil.
  2. In a small frying pan fry onion and red pepper add carrot and pumpkin, cook until veggies are tender add the canned veggies chicken mix all the ingredient well.
  3. In small pan melt butter gradually add flour, milk and chicken broth creating a white sauce.
  4. Remove from the fire add the veggie mix to the white sauce.
  5. Spread dough over the butter pan; pour veggie mix on the pie dough spread stuffing equality, cover the pie with let over dough, with cooking bush paint the top part of pie with beaten egg.
  6. Bake pie for 40 minutes; let the pie cool down before serving.
