Chicken and Celery Tart Recipe
Ingredients 30 grs of butter 2 small packs of celery 3 slices of bacon 1 chicken breast cut in thin strips ¼ cup of milk cream 2 egg yolks 500 grs of pre made pie dough
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c butter pan with butter or oil, in a small pan fry celery with butter, fry until the celery it tender, remove from the pan and place in a bowl, fry the bacon until it golden brown and add to the celery, fry the chicken for 5 minutes until totally cooked add the celery and bacon and milk cream to the chicken add a little salt and pepper. Remove from the fire and the let chicken mix cool down.
- Spread pie dough over the butter pan, pour chicken mix on the pie dough, and cover the pie with the left over dough.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes; let the pie cool down before serving.
