Chicken and Celery Tart Recipe

 

Ingredients
30 grs of butter
2 small packs of celery
3 slices of bacon
1 chicken breast cut in thin strips
¼ cup of milk cream
2 egg yolks
500 grs of pre made pie dough

Preparation

  1. Pre heat oven at 180c butter pan with butter or oil, in a small pan fry celery with butter, fry until the celery it tender, remove from the pan and place in a bowl, fry the bacon until it golden brown and add to the celery, fry the chicken for 5 minutes until totally cooked add the celery and bacon and milk cream to the chicken add a little salt and pepper. Remove from the fire and the let chicken mix cool down.
  2. Spread pie dough over the butter pan, pour chicken mix on the pie dough, and cover the pie with the left over dough.
  3. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes; let the pie cool down before serving.
