Chewy brownies

 

Ingredients
450 grs of brown sugar
125 grs melted butter
185 grs flour
2 tspn of yeast 
140 grs chopped nuts
2 eggs

Preparation

  1. Pre heat the oven at 180c spray non stick oil or butter on the pan,
  2. Cover the pan with wax paper
  3. Beat eggs in a medium bowl with electric mixer; add sugar, butter and vanilla; beat for 3 minutes until obtaining a creamy substance, sift flour yeast and mix in gradually to the batter adding the nuts.
  4. Pour dough in the pan baked for 30 minutes let it cool down and cut in small pieces.
