Cherry Marmalade
Ingredients Cherries, ½ kilogram Sugar, 1 and ½ cups Water, 1 cup
Preparation Wash, mash, and put the cherries in a casserole with cold water. Cook over low heat and continue mixing it for 10 minutes. Strain and add the sugar in, dissolve it by mixing it and place it over high heat to that it boils. Put some marmalade on a teaspoon and allow it to cook, if it takes awhile to fall off the teaspoon, it’s ready. If it slips right off the teaspoon, it needs to cook a little longer. Allow it to cool and bottle. Keep in the refrigerator.
