Cherry Jam
Ingredients Cherries puree, 1 kilogram Sugar, 2 cups
Preparation Cut in the cherries in half and cook them in a small amount of water until they are tender. Then strain them. Weight the total amount and for each kilogram of puree, add in 3 cups of sugar. Cook over moderate heat for approximately 30 minutes. Let it cool and bottle. Keep in the refrigerator.
