Cherry Ice Cream
Ingredients 400 ml cherry juice 175 gr sugar ¼ lt milk cream ½ lemon juice* ½ orange juice
Preparation
- Mix the cherry, lemon and orange juice and strain.
- Add the sugar and mix until it dissolves (preferably with an electric beater).
- Beat the milk cream and add to the juice mix.
- Refrigerate until ready.
*Lemon juice makes the cherry aroma stand out more.
