Cherry Cake Recipe
Ingredients 380 grs of flour 350 grs of butter 250 grs of sugar 4 eggs 2 teaspoons of grated orange peel 1 teaspoon of vanilla 2 teaspoons of baking powder 300 grs of cherries 50 grs of liquor
Preparation
- Cut and remove the seeds from the cherries marinate in liquor, let the cherries sit for 20 minutes.
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy gradually add eggs, grated orange peel, vanilla, flour and baking powder mix all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth batter, add the cherries marinated in liquor, butter pan and pour the batter on the pan, bake the cake for 40 minutes. Let the cake cool down before serving.
