Cherries cinnamon clover frosting
Ingredients 4 clovers 1 lemon cut in 4 2 cans of cherries 2 cinnamon sticks 60 ml cognac 4 strips orange peel
Preparation
- poke a clover in each of the lemon quarter and boil with the cherry syrup the cinnamon , orange peel and cognac for 20 minutes in low fire with a lid on until the mix turns into a syrup
- remove of from the fire and get ride of the lemons
- served with ice cream
