Cherrie Pie Recipe
Ingredients 500 grs cherries 80 grs butter 150 grs sugar 4 eggs 70 grs corn starch 1 teaspoon of vanilla ½ cup of flour 3 teaspoon of cherry liquor Glazed sugar to sprinkle on top of pie
Preparation In a small bowl beat butter and sugar until creamy gradually add eggs beat carefully add corn starch, flour and liquor, butter pan and spread cherries on the button of pan pour batter and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Server pie, cold decorates pie with glazed sugar.
