Cheese Cake

Ingredients: Dow 250grs of flower 150grs of butter 75grs of sugar 1 egg yoke 1 pinch of salt Peel of half a lemon Margarine for the mold
Filling ¼ of a liter of milk 200grs of butter 1 pinch of salt 500grs of cheese 8tbsp of jell-O ½ litter of milk cream 2 tangerines
Preparation Dow Form a paste with all the ingredients and place it in the refrigerator on a pan for a time period of 60min. Withdraw the pan from the refrigerator and place the paste into a round oven mold, which you then cook in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 10 – 12min.
Filling Mix the sugar, salt, and grated lemon peel together with the milk; place this mixture on the fire adding the whipped egg yokes, once it cooks, add the cheese to the mixture, which will form a good paste. Moisturize the jell-O with hot water and cook it together with the cheese mixture. Whip the cream well. Place the cake in a circle on a pan. Go pouring the filling on the base of the cake. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 3hrs. Withdraw it from the fridge and sprinkle the powdered sugar.
