Curative properties
Allergies: drink the infusion. Also boil 20 to 30g of the rind in a liter of water for 20 to 30 minutes. Drink 3 cups throughout the day.

Preparation
Brew: boil the indicated quantity of root and rind of the stem in a liter of water. Let stand, strain and serve. It is recommended that before boiling the rind, this has been soaking in cold water for 2 hours.
