Carrot Paste
Ingredients Carrots, 1 kilogram Vanilla essence, ½ teaspoon Liquid honey, 3 tablespoons Sugar, 3 tablespoons Lemon jello, ½ tablespoon Clove, 1 Grated lemon peel, 1 Water, 1 and ½ liters
Preparation Wash the carrots really well. Place them in a pot and bring them to a boil along with the vanilla, clove, and grated lemon peel. When the carrots are tender, take them off of the heat and mash them. Add in a little of the liquid leftover in the pot, then add in the jello. Blend all this together. Pour the mixture back into a pot and add in the rest of the liquid that was previously leftover along with the honey, and the sugar. Cook over high heat and let it boil for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool and place it in the refrigerator.
