Carrot Jam
Ingredients Carrots, 1 kilogram Sugar, 600 grams
Preparation Wash and cut the carrots into small dices. Place the carrots and the sugar in a casserole. Allow these to macerate for 30 minutes. Then cook over low heat until you obtain a jam consistency. Store it hot in a sterilized bottle that shuts hermetically. Keep in the refrigerator.
