Ingredients
250 grs glazed sugar
60 ml water
125 ml hot water
400 grs condensed milk
1 tspn sugar cane syrup
1 tspn vanilla
Preparation
- in a small pot melt sugar with water and let it boil for 10 minutes or until sugar its golden brown , remove from the fire
- pour the hot water in the syrup , always taking precaution that hot water splashes when pouring to hot caramel, mix well and let boil until it turn into a smooth syrup
- Remove from the fire; add the condensed milk the sugar cane syrup and vanilla.
- Served with ice cream or pudding.
