Caramel Ice Cream
Ingredients 3/8 lt milk 1 egg + 2 yolks 150 ml milk cream 125 gr sugar Coffee (optional)
Preparation
- Boil the milk
- Caramel the sugar and ½ cup of water and mix to form a smooth caramel texture. Pour the hot milk over the caramel while still hot.
- Beat the egg and yolks until spongy, add he milk and caramel mix and put on low flame until it thickens without it boiling. Let cool.
- Add the milk cream and refrigerate.
