Caramel Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients 4 egg yolks 4 teaspoons of water 100 grs sugar 4 egg whites 50 grs sugar 150 grs flour 50 grs cornstarch 1 teaspoon of baking powder Vanilla Caramel frosting to decorate cake
Preparation
- Beat egg yolks and water until creamy gradually add 100 grs of sugar and keep beating for 6 more minutes.
- Beat egg whites gradually add 50 grs of sugar beat until obtaining a thick meringue.
- Add the meringue and vanilla to the previous mix and keep beating until obtaining a smooth batter.
- Butter pan with butter or oil, pour batter on the pan, and bake for 45 minutes.
