Ingredients
30 grs yeast
250 ml milk
½ teaspoon salt
3 teaspoon sugar
Grated lemon peel
60 grs butter
1 egg
Warm milk
Caramel
100 grs sugar
2 teaspoons of water
3 drops of lemon juice
1 ½ cup of hot milk 40 grs butter
Glazed sugar
Dough Preparation
- Dissolve the yeast with warm milk and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- In a medium size bowl mix flour , salt , sugar ,grated lemon peel , butter, egg and the deluded yeast , mix all the ingredients gradually add the milk until obtaining a soft dough , make little burns and place them in the pan , let the bunds rise for 1 hour , While preparing the caramel.
Caramel Preparation
- In a small pot melt sugar, lemon juice, and water and make a light caramel add the butter and gradually the milk let it cook until its turns golden brown.
- Add the caramel to the buns, baked for 35 minutes. Let the buns cool down before serving.
