Cappuccino sweets
Ingredients 500 grs glazed sugar 250 ml milk cream 1 tspn vanilla 1 tspn instant coffee 1 tspn boiling water
Preparation
- Butter the pan 21x11 cm lightly with butter or oil; cover the pan with wax paper.
- In a small pot mix sugar, milk cream and a pinch of salt stir well, cook in low fire for 10 minutes or until obtaining a smooth substance with an electric beater.
