Candied Bavarois
- For: 6-8 servings
- Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: 225 grs flour 1 egg 1 egg yolk 4 tbsps oil 50 grs sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp anis liquor Oil
Preparation:
- Mix the baking powder with the flour and make a hole in the center and put the egg, the yolk, the sugar, the anis and the oil.
- Mix the flour with the ingredients in the center well until you get dough.
- Make a ball and let it rest for ½ hour in an oiled dish.
- Make 7 or 8 cm in length sticks and fry in medium heated oil for them to pop on the outside and cook well in the middle.
- Bathe them in sugar while they are still hot.
- You can store them in a can for a few days if previously placed on paper to drain the oil from the cookies.
