Ingredients 600gr flour 3 eggs 400gr deep fried pork 200gr sugar 1tbsp butter 1 grated lemon peel
Preparation
- Place flour on the table, make a hole in the middle and place eggs, add butter and lemon peel.
- Mix the dough.
- Add the deep fried pork which should be diced into small pieces, continue working on the dough.
- Once it is soft, spread it and cut it with a cup, making thin cakes.
- Place the cakes which should be sprinkled with glazed sugar on top into an oven tray and let them bake until brown.
Practical advice They taste better when eaten hot.
