Cajun Hamburgers Recipe

Ingredients 2 tablespoons black pepper 2 teaspoons paprika 4 3 cm thick fillet medallions 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 4 tablespoons ready spaghetti sauce or tomato relish 4 toasted hamburger buns, cut into halves 4 large lettuce leaves
Preparation
1. Mix the pepper and the paprika and cover the medallions with them. Heat a frying pan until it smokes, and fry the medallions over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Heat the spaghetti sauce over medium heat.
2. On the lower half of the buns, place a lettuce leave a medallion and then a tablespoon of sauce or relish, and then cover with the other half.
