Butter Pudding
Ingredients 500 ml whole milk 65 gr sugar 3 eggs 50 gr butter 200 gr bread loaf 60 gr grapes 1 tspn vanilla 20 gr glazed sugar
Decoration Strawberries Raspberries Blackberries Mint leaves
Preparation Heat the milk including the vanilla. Mean while beat the eggs and sugar in a separate bowl.
Once the milk boils add the eggs mixture little by little until it thickens. Mix well.
Take the crust off the bread. Using a knife cut the loaf until your left with a cylinder of the bread without a crust.
Cut in slices and decorate the bottom of an oval or round baking pan, including the grapes. Cover with the leftover bread crumbs.
Cover the bread with the cream that was prepared before. Cut the butter in slices and place over the pudding. Cook for 1 hr 20 min at 150C in a double sauce pan.
Powder the pudding with glazed sugar. Place in the oven with the grill on until golden. Decorate with the strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and mint leaves.
