Butter Frosting Recipe
Ingredients ¾ of cup milk 25 grs cornstarch 80 grs sugar 3 teaspoons milk 150 grs butter
Preparation
- In a small put the milk to boil, in a cooking bowl mix cornstarch, sugar and 3 tps of milk, remove the milk from the fire and add the previous mix to the hot milk beat fast put back in the fire and let it cook until obtaining a smooth substance
- Beat the butter and add gradually to the hot mix.
